At Language Up, we offer individual lessons in a wide range of different languages and levels. All teaching is done by UK-qualified teachers with experience teaching children students of primary and secondary age.
When do lessons take place?
We will schedule lessons according to your timetable. Generally, individual lessons can take place on any weekday between 9am and 5pm UK time, depending on availability. Lessons can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes in duration.
Who will do the teaching?
Both Tim and Esther are experienced, UK-qualified language teachers, and have experience with students of primary and secondary age.
What languages are available?
Spanish – primary and secondary (including GCSE, IGCSE, A-level, IBDP ab initio and language B SL & HL)
French – primary and secondary (including GCSE & IGCSE)
German – primary and secondary (including GCSE, IGCSE, A-level, IBDP ab initio and language B SL & HL)
Portuguese – primary and secondary (including GCSE, IGCSE, A-level, IBDP ab initio and language B SL & HL)
Russian – primary and secondary (including GCSE)
English – various options for secondary students available
Our lessons are engaging, appropriately challenging and ensure that students make progress in their journey with the language, whatever their age and starting point. Our goal is to ensure that students develop and maintain a positive relationship with the language, as we believe that motivation is vital to progress – if students are enjoying their lessons, they will want to keep coming back!
